Management of Scheduling /Planning activities associated with supply of the Company's products to the EU Markets and appropriate Export Markets. Manage product portfolio whilst maintaining standards to meet Regulatory and Safety commitments.

Job Description: 

Reporting to SVP Manufacturing and Pharmaceutical Science
Successfully manage a series of 3rd party Contract Manufacturing organisations in an extensive virtual supply chain network
Effective Sales and Operations Planning
Notify Senior Management of any material management, logistical, processing and quality/compliance issues that cannot be resolved without adversely affecting planned timelines
Ensure all activities are carried out to appropriate regulatory standards as described by GDP, GMP, MHRA, FDA, MCA, EMEA, HSE
Exhibit a pro-active approach in co-ordinating with other functions and organisations as required in order to ensure timely resolution of material management, logistical, process and quality/compliance issues
Management of planning parameters (lead times, order quantities, inventory balance, strategic inventory needs, vendor capacity, transportation modes)
Develop Supply/Production plan, presenting multiple scenarios where a senior management decision is required, and offering scenarios and suggestions where issues are faced
Develop plans from analysis of demand (sales and forecast data, new product introduction, Business Development and partnering activities)
Act as an expert for product portfolio
Seek and identify potential process improvements for both operational and resource
Develop tools and reports to support the Planning/Supply process
Procurement of Inventory and supply chain services

Who we're looking for: 

5 years' experience of supply chain management, inclusive of procurement and management of outsourced manufacturing and/or distribution services
Expert in MRP/ERP systems and processes
Highly computer literate, skilled in development of sophisticated tools using MS Excel etc
Ability to demonstrate practical application of MRPII in business planning and execution
