A leading utilities organisation is looking to appoint a Reward Advisor to be based at their Worcestershire site with some flexible working.
As the Reward Advisor you will report to the Reward Manager and support the wider reward team whilst advising on the full compensation & benefits cycle across the business.
Key responsibilities as Reward Advisor will include:
- Implement reward and pay review processes including bonus and benefits schemes
- Support reward projects
- Maintain and develop the benefits portal and recognition scheme
- Analyse external market trends to support salary surveys
- Support the retention of talent from a reward perspective
- Remain up to date on relevant legislation
You will ideally be a qualified and/or educated Reward professional with a proven track record in a varied compensation & benefits role where you have worked in a fast paced environment. Prior experience of of Excel and other Reward tools is essential. You should be a credible, confident and influential team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.
