Finance Manager role with responsibility for the entire finance function and the financial performance of the organisation.
As Finance Manager, you will:
-Provide input to departmental managers on the financial implications of their results and the preparation of business plans.
-Prepare Year End Accounts for Audit and ensure that all reporting is compliant with SORP standards.
-Prepare the Annual Budget and Operating Plan
-Manage the charity's cash resources, ensuring surplus funds are placed on deposit, advising CEO and Board.
-Produce monthly re-forecasts and management accounts and present to Board.
-Liaise with, update and file returns to all appropriate external bodies.
-To work in accordance with policies and procedures ensuring service quality standards are met.
-Prepare budgets for grant applications
-Carry out duties as requested by the Chief Executive
A qualified Accountant with Good grasp of SAGE Accounting Software. A proven track record of operating successfully at this level of seniority within a similar organisation. You will be able to communicate effectively with people outside the organisation.

20 hours per week- hours to be agreed during a 4 day week.
Up to £37,000 full time equivalent + pension + holiday
