Our client is looking for a Lead Continuous Improvement consultant.

Working in collaboration with other process and operational leads across the business you will lead the identification, root cause investigation and solution delivery across end to end processes, highlighting where value exists, where it is being lost and associated opportunities for improvement. You will help determine the necessary change and governance required to deliver improvements, ensuring they are compliant and that they meet required performance objectives. You will provide operational heads with performance reporting, as well as being the first point of contact for 3rd parties and other internal and external stakeholders. You will act as an ambassador for the businesses continuous improvement methodologies will be essential to help manage the change which will deliver our Retail business strategy. You will provide leadership to multi-functional teams, as well as have the ability to create a positive change culture. You will motivate, develop and empower teams to successfully deliver the development of six sigma lean process analysts using A3 Lean Six Sigma. You will be responsible for co-ordinating the continuous improvement activities of the central hub in terms of reporting, prioritisation, and issues resolution.
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who has a proven track record of leading transformational change using continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma, and is qualified to Black Belt level. An in-depth understanding of business change methodologies and implementation along with industry processes, regulation and policies within the energy sector or similar. A strong leader, having previously held a senior operational position delivering large business change projects as an individual and as a leader of a team of green belts. Excellent organisation, planning and project management skills are essential, as are strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to present information at all levels. Using your excellent influencing and negotiating skills, you will have the ability to manage conflict effectively, resolving issues and challenges quickly. You pride yourself on your ability to think 'Customer', ensuring a balance between both business and customer outcomes.
