To source a materials engineer with the right technical knowledge, education and track record of working with subsea equipment to support Dril-Quip’s contract with Petrobras in Brazil.
We delivered:

Intro Brief:
To attract a QA/QC field supervisor to an oilfield services company in Alberta, Canada in a short-skilled candidate market.
We delivered:
Feedback on the candidate’s profile was extremely positive and a first interview was arranged for three days after initial CV review. He subsequently met with the HR manager and hiring manager and had a teleconference with the company’s president before being offered, and accepting the role. The process from interview to offer and resignation took four weeks. Our client was very pleased with the process and Michael Page Oil & Gas has since handled the recruitment for additional roles within the organisation.

Intro Brief:
Identify, approach and recruit 30 senior drilling supervisors using executive search methodology for Petroleum Development Oman.
We delivered:
This interview stage culminated in more than 20 successful offers to candidates. The talent attraction process is ongoing, with Michael Page Oil & Gas continuing to source strong drilling supervisors for PDO.
Requirement:
Due to ongoing growth, Production Development Oman (PDO) needed to recruit a large number of drilling staff to their organisation.
Intro We Delivered:
More than 50 candidates for interview with our client, culminating in 20 successful offers to and an ongoing talent attraction process.
Intro Brief:
Target the UAE market to deliver, in a three week period, 50+ senior technical staff for ASTAD Project Management.
We delivered:
Over 50 candidates were selected and presented with an offer at the end of the four days with 44 accepting. Michael Page Oil & Gas coordinated the on boarding process (visa, mobilisation flights, medical testing) with the candidates, who have all joined ASTAD.

Intro Brief:
To recruit a principal geologist and principal geophysicist with North Sea experience in a candidate-short market.
We delivered:
As part of the campaign, Michael Page Oil & Gas identified two candidates who progressed through all of the interview stages and were offered and accepted the geologist and geophysicist roles. Both have now joined by Bridge Energy.
